Work process and principles

  1. The forklift places 8 to 10 neatly stacked pallets into the stack feeder. The lift motor drives the fork to the appropriate height and stops (controlled by proximity). The fork cylinder starts to insert the fork teeth into the second pallet (counting from bottom to top), and the lift motor starts to separate the bottom pallet from the others. The pallet conveyor line, the palletizing position conveyor line starts to transport one pallet to the palletizing position (pallet blocking device, guardrail positioning), the lift motor starts to lower the remaining pallets, the forks release, and at this point the lift platform stops at the height of the incoming pallet (proximity control)
  2. The products enter the inclined roller section, bringing all the products close to the side to be turned;
  3. The products enter the acceleration belt line, and the products are spaced apart;
  4. Products enter the steering roller, products that need to be steered are steered, and products that do not need to be steered pass directly into the roller
  5. The products enter the box loading platform, where the number of boxes pushed each time the push plate moves is set according to the pre-arranged stack type, and the position of the boxes parked on the box loading platform is controlled by the guardrail and the box stopper mechanism (the box stopper cylinder pushes out - positioning)
  6. After the entire stack of products is arranged on the stack, push them into the slide plate and arrange one layer of products. The whole cylinder pushes out the three-sided positioned products. The push rod (stopped at the upper limit position before action, controlled by proximity) motor starts to bring the push rod to the lower limit position to position the entire stack of products. The slide plate motors on both sides start to pull the products out of the lower slide plate to complete one layer of palletizing. The pallets and products drop one level of height.   7. The palletizing position roller line and output roller line start to take the entire stack of products away from the palletizing position (photoelectric detection signals) while the stacker provides the next pallet to the palletizing position, and the lifting platform resets
  8. The full stack is conveyed to the unpowered roller line (baffle positioning)
  9. The forklift took out the full stack
