Bottle pushing and film wrapping: The bottle pushing rod controls the movement distance of each group of bottles to synchronize with the film wrapping rod, and pushes the bottles onto the film wrapping belt; The bottle pushing rod and film wrapping rod are equipped with torque limiters. When the bottle falls or jammed, the limiters act to automatically stop the machine. After the fault is resolved, the limiter handwheel is turned to reset.
4. Mechanical transmission: The machine is driven by a servo motor and adopts a combination of synchronous belt and chain transmission. The positions of the chain drive are equipped with protective covers and lubrication devices to ensure the safety of personnel and the cleanliness of the environment.
