Features of machine

  1. Mechanical adjustment: It takes about 30 minutes to change the bottle height and diameter without changing the packaging format; it only takes no more than 15 minutes to change the bottle packing format while bottle diameter and bottle height stay the same.
  2. Bottle grouping: Adopting a linear bottle dividing method, the bottles are grouped according to the required quantity for packaging, with accurate positioning and simple and reliable debugging.

Bottle pushing and film wrapping: The bottle pushing rod controls the movement distance of each group of bottles to synchronize with the film wrapping rod, and pushes the bottles onto the film wrapping belt; The bottle pushing rod and film wrapping rod are equipped with torque limiters. When the bottle falls or jammed, the limiters act to automatically stop the machine. After the fault is resolved, the limiter handwheel is turned to reset.
