Bottle Warmer

After cold-temperature filling, pet bottles exit the monoblock at very low temperatures. The Bottle Warmer gradually raises the bottle temperature back to ambient level using staged warm water sprays. This step is essential for two reasons: it prevents condensation on the bottle surface — which would cause labels to fail to adhere — and it eliminates the risk of thermal shock cracking in glass bottles caused by sudden temperature changes.

JIANGSU EQS MACHINERY CO., LTD is a manufacturer of complete beverage filling and packaging lines, headquartered in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, China — one of China's primary machinery manufacturing clusters.

Our engineering team holds 80+ invention and utility patents, covering filling valve design, isobaric pressure systems, CIP automation, and line control architecture. Every production line undergoes full-load factory acceptance testing (FAT) before shipment, with video documentation provided to buyers prior to delivery.

Q1: What beverages is this production line designed for?

A: This line is optimized for carbonated beverages including sparkling water, carbonated soft drinks, and flavored soda water in aluminum bottles. The isobaric filling system is specifically configured for beverages with CO₂ content.

Q2: What aluminum bottle sizes does this line support?

A: The line supports aluminum bottles with a height of 180–310mm and a diameter of 50–90mm, covering common formats such as 330ml and 500ml. Custom bottle specifications can be accommodated subject to engineering review.

Q3: What is included in the turnkey production line?

A: The standard turnkey scope includes: bottle unscrambling, CO₂ blending & carbonation, isobaric rinsing filling capping machine, warm tunnel, CIP system, labeling, inkjet coding, case packing / shrink wrapping, and palletizing. EQS manages the full project from layout design to commissioning.

Q4: What is the production capacity range?

A: Five standard configurations cover 2,500 BPH to 18,000 BPH. The right model is selected based on your target daily output and bottle format.

Q5: Do you provide installation and operator training?

A: Yes. EQS engineers travel to your facility for mechanical installation, commissioning, and staff training. Remote support is also available via the line's diagnostic system after handover.
