The Washing Filling Capping Monoblock is the core of the entire line, integrating three critical processes into one compact unit:
・Rinsing: Each bottle receives a final rinse with purified water immediately before filling.
・Filling: The chilled carbonated liquid is metered precisely into each glass bottle.
・Capping: Each bottle is automatically sealed to ensure airtight carbonation retention.
The monoblock design minimizes bottle exposure to the open environment, maintaining hygiene standards and preserving CO₂ content throughout the process.

Q1: What types of beverages is this line suitable for?
A: This line is specifically designed for carbonated beverages, including carbonated soft drinks (CSD), sparkling water, and other CO2-containing drinks packaged in glass bottles.
Q2: Why is a Chiller (Cold Water System) necessary in a carbonated glass bottle line?
A: Carbonated liquids must be filled at low temperatures to preserve CO2 content and prevent excessive foaming. The chiller maintains the liquid at the optimal filling temperature, ensuring stable carbonation levels throughout production.
Q3: What is the role of the Bottle Warmer after filling?
A: After cold-temperature filling, the glass bottle surface can develop condensation, which interferes with labeling adhesion and downstream handling. The bottle warmer gradually raises the bottle temperature to ambient levels, ensuring reliable label application and safe packaging.
