The Mixing & Blending System is responsible for producing the final carbonated beverage. It combines concentrated syrup, purified water, and CO₂ gas in precisely controlled ratios to create a consistent carbonated drink. Accurate blending is critical — any variation in sugar-to-water ratio or carbonation level will result in inconsistent taste across the same production batch, which is one of the most common sources of consumer complaints.

The Blowing Machine transforms low-cost PET preforms into finished bottles of precise shape and volume. Preforms are heated to a moldable state and then expanded into the target bottle form using high-pressure air. Integrating a blowing machine into the line eliminates the need to purchase pre-formed bottles, significantly reducing packaging material costs while ensuring consistent bottle dimensions for smooth downstream operations.

The Washing Filling Capping Monoblock is the core of the entire line, integrating three critical processes into one compact unit:

・Rinsing: Each bottle receives a final rinse with purified water immediately before filling.

・Filling: The chilled carbonated liquid is metered precisely into each glass bottle.

・Capping: Each bottle is automatically sealed to ensure airtight carbonation retention.

The monoblock design minimizes bottle exposure to the open environment, maintaining hygiene standards and preserving CO₂ content throughout the process.

After cold-temperature filling, glass bottles exit the monoblock at very low temperatures. The Bottle Warmer gradually raises the bottle temperature back to ambient level using staged warm water sprays. This step is essential for two reasons: it prevents condensation on the bottle surface — which would cause labels to fail to adhere — and it eliminates the risk of thermal shock cracking in glass bottles caused by sudden temperature changes.
