Bottle Warmer

After cold-temperature filling, pet bottles exit the monoblock at very low temperatures. The Bottle Warmer gradually raises the bottle temperature back to ambient level using staged warm water sprays. This step is essential for two reasons: it prevents condensation on the bottle surface — which would cause labels to fail to adhere — and it eliminates the risk of thermal shock cracking in glass bottles caused by sudden temperature changes.
