Heating Furnace

The heating furnace transmits the preforms entering the equipment through the whole row to each blank taking seat through the guide turntable. After the blank taking seat obtains the preforms, they are sent to the heating furnace for heating in turn. The heating furnace heats the bottle preform through the infrared lamp tube, and each section of the infrared lamp tube can adjust the temperature independently. The fan at the bottom of the heating furnace carries out thermal circulation to make the temperature in the furnace uniform.

Host Part

The heated preform in the take-off seat is unloaded to the preform output track through the unloading sleeve, and the preform is sent to the blow mold through the manipulator device. The preform is sealed through the sealing seat, stretched by the stretching seat, and stretched into a bottle by two-stage air pressure (pre blowing air pressure and high blowing air pressure, hot filling and cold forming blowing). According to the process requirements, the cold filling bottles blowing mold will be passed the cooling water, and the hot filling bottle blowing mold will be heated by heat conduction oil. The whole process of bottle blowing production is monitored by the host computer.
