  1. In terms of structural design, the conveying system adheres to the transmission mode and adoptsthe modular design of conveying units. The combination, arrangement and connection of eachconveying unit module are more simple and convenient, which can be more widely adapted to thepersonalized plane layout of each customer's factory, making the installation and maintenance of thewhole conveying production line more convenient.
  2. The side plates of the conveyor chain frame are uniformly made of 2.5mm thick 304 stainless steelwire drawing plate, which ensures the beauty of the outer surface and can resist the corrosion of acidand alkali at the same time. Except for the main transmission shaft, other supports and connectingfasteners are made of 304 stainless steel.
  3. The conveyor line adopts a new type of low friction material modular mesh plate chain as theconveyor carrier. The transition gap between the two chain plates of adjacent transmission is smallerthan the original structural design, and the flatness of the whole chain plate of the whole line can begreatly improved. At the same time, the thickness of the chain plate is thicker than the traditionalchain plate, which greatly improves the bearing capacity and service life of the chain plate. Theconveying mesh chain is mainly used for light load conveying of pet or other conveying containersthat are not easy to be damaged, which can greatly improve the stability of conveying.
  4. In the production and transportation line, the magnetic turning chain plate is used to realize theturning, which can more conveniently replace and maintain the conveying chain plate. At the sametime, it is also convenient to clean the dirt in the turning guide rail, which greatly improves themaintenance and sanitary conditions of the whole line. The magnetic turning guide rail adopts 5million molecular weight ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, which greatly reduces thefriction coefficient and improves the service life.
  5. The new high plate guardrail with aluminum alloy lining is adopted for the whole line, whichimproves the installation straightness and strength of the guardrail of the whole line, and has a widerrange of adaptability to the bottle type. At the same time, combined with the positioning design of the guardrail support new structure, it facilitates the on-site installation and adjustment, ensures theaccurate control of the gap between the guardrails, and improves the support of the bottle type withspecial diameter height ratio or special shape in the high-speed impact section.
  6. Centralized lubrication is adopted for the whole line, and the lubricating liquid is centrallyprovided by the lubricating station, and the lubricating liquid is evenly sprayed on the chain platethrough the nozzle. This method can avoid the disadvantages of frequent replacement of lubricatingfluid and poor sanitary conditions caused by transmission water bath lubrication.
  7. In the new design, the design of the traditional loop system is changed, many complex loopdevices are abandoned, and the loop system becomes simpler. The outer rubber ring of the loopwheel greatly reduces the running noise of the chain plate, increases the friction between the loopwheel and the chain plate, reduces the friction between the surface of the chain plate and the loopwheel, protects the conveying surface of the chain plate and increases the service life of the chainplate.
  8. Multiple groups of control signals and detection devices are installed along the whole line toensure that the whole transmission line is in a controllable state, and feedback linkage is establishedwith front and rear traveling equipment to provide automatic speed reduction, speed increase andstop signals for each single machine, so as to improve the transmission efficiency of the whole line.
