What is Ultra Clean Filling Production Line

Ultra-clean filling is a method based on the core technology of aseptic filling, utilizing a strict sterilization process. This technology ensures that products are not contaminated by microorganisms through filling in a clean environment.

Compared to traditional hot filling, ultra-clean filling uses a lower temperature, which effectively preserves the product's taste and nutritional content while also reducing energy consumption. Furthermore, the lower heat resistance requirement for packaging containers allows for more diverse and lightweight bottle designs, thereby lowering packaging material costs.

The technology also features a modular design, enabling it to be directly connected to a blow molding machine to form an integrated blow-fill-cap monoblock. This not only helps to control costs but also reduces the floor space and labor required. Overall, the ultra-clean filling technology is easy to operate, simple to maintain, and highly reliable.

Blowing System
Bottle blowing high-pressure gas recovery is applied to low-pressure gas needs. The turnover type heating furnace structure saves 15% energy. Bottle blowing has pressure detection and defective bottle removal function. The operating status of the entire machine can be remotely monitored.

Adopting forged high-strength mould base, the equipment operates efficiently and stably. Regarding cam guide rail, we have own patent technology, which it has low vibration, low noise, stable and reliable operation advantage.

Filling System
After the bottles are completely cleaned and dried by dripping, they are sent to the filling machine by the star wheel. When the bottle - presence signal detects the presence of a bottle, after passing through certain workstations, the filling valve opens and filling begins. At the same time, the flowmeter measures according to the set filling flow rate. When the set capacity is reached, the flowmeter sends a valve - closing signal, and the filling ends. The filled bottles are sent to the capping machine by the filling - and - capping dial wheel.

Capping System
Only the capping head part of the capping machine is located in the clean room, while the rest of the transmission parts are arranged outside the clean room. A water - seal groove is set between the rotating part of the capping machine and the isolation cover to prevent outside air from entering the isolation room. The capping machine is equipped with a cap - stopping cylinder, which will not supply caps when there is no bottle; and it is equipped with a cap - shortage detection sensor, which will automatically stop the machine when there is a shortage of caps. The capped products are sent to the conveyor belt by the star wheel for delivery.
