Pressure-less Conveyor System

The Line is equipped with a set of pressure free conveying system, which solves the problems ofbottle squeezing, bottle jamming, bottle pouring, instability and reliability when changing from multirow bottle conveying to single row bottle conveying in the medium and high-speed bottle productionline. It is composed of an inclined multi row three-stage conveying chain with different speeds,about 8.5m long, driven by three frequency conversion speed regulating motors, and is equippedwith photoelectric detection of full bottle, bottle accumulation and the number of bottles supplied(the number of bottles supplied per unit time), According to the detected speed pulse signal, the PLCautomatically synchronously tracks and changes the speed of the conveying chain to ensurecontinuous and non extrusion bottle supply. This section is also equipped with bottle guide andbottle discharge devices.

Main Features

The non pressure conveying system is in the inlet section of the labeling machine (from multi rowto single row).
The conveying is stable, and it can pass smoothly without extrusion and bottle jamming betweenbottles in the single row chain plate section.
The programmable controller and frequency converter are used to control the conveying speedsynchronously with the labeling machine.
Set the bottle flow detection switch to automatically suspend the operation of the motor accordingto the detection signal of the switch.
The main structural components are made of stainless steel; The conveyor chain supports are allstainless steel double legs, and the side brace support of the conveyor chain guard plate is made ofstainless steel.
Omron, Mitsubishi and other products are selected as the main electrical components.
The conveyor belt trunking is made of stainless steel.
