Filling System

The filling machine is mainly composed of a rotary bearing seat assembly, a material cylinder, a distributor, a filling valve, an electronic scale, an electrical box and other components; it plays the role of filling materials into bottles in the equipment. The parts in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel and special materials, meeting food hygiene requirements. This machine adopts non-contact filling, electronic scale measurement, and the filling valve is controlled by a servo motor with an anti-drip oil suction cylinder, which can ensure that the filling does not spill, splash or drip oil.

Capping System

• The capping machine is composed of a machine base, a base and transmission, anti-rotation columns, a lifting device, a capping head and other parts.
• The transmission of the capping machine is transmitted to the gear by the reducer, and the power is transmitted to the main body through the hollow shaft.
• The up and down movement of the capping head is realized by the cam, which is fixed and does not rotate. The cap is sent into the capping mold of the capping head through the capping guide rail and the capping plate. The curve of the cam is strictly designed to realize the actions of grabbing, capping, capping and lifting at different positions. It is equipped with an automatic capping mechanism. When there is a bottle, the cap will be grabbed and pressed on the bottle mouth.
