Blending System

The mixing system of the beverage filling production line is used to accurately mix raw materials such as syrup, water, acidizing agent, essence, etc. The consistency of the formula is ensured through high-precision measurement, high-speed mixing and online testing (sugar content/pH). Some products are homogenized and then enter the pasteurization or UHT sterilization process. Finally,they are cooled and temporarily stored in sterile tanks, and standardized production is realized by PLC automatic control. The CIP cleaning system is also provided to ensure health and safety.

Carbonated Mixer

This model is suitable for producing all kinds of carbonated drinks and fruity aerated drinks containing CO2, and can easily adjust the production capacity and the mixing ratio of water and syrup.All parts in contact with beverages are made of high-quality polished stainless and acid resistant steel, which meets the requirements of food hygiene. The pipeline adopts a closed system, which can meet the requirements of cleaning and disinfection and avoid secondary pollution of materials in the process of transportation.
