The pretreatment system is specially designed to produce juice, tea drinks, lactic drinks, aerated drinks, etc, which includes types of equipment, such as hot-water system, sugar melting system, recovery system, extraction system, milk power reconstitution system, monosaccharide system, saccharide system, mixing and allocating system, CIP system, plate or tube UHT sterilizers, mixers, vacuum degassing and aroma recycling system, homogenizing system, and control system.
The mixing system of the beverage filling production line is used to accurately mix raw materials such as syrup, water, acidizing agent, essence, etc. The consistency of the formula is ensured through high-precision measurement, high-speed mixing and online testing (sugar content/pH). Some products are homogenized and then enter the pasteurization or UHT sterilization process. Finally, they are cooled and temporarily stored in sterile tanks, and standardized production is realized by PLC automatic control. The CIP cleaning system is also provided to ensure health and safety.
