Disinfectant Dispensing System
The prepared disinfectant is pumped to the bottle sterilizer and cap sterilizer through the sanitary centrifugal pump, and then returned to the tank through the recovery tank and pump to realize recycling. The preparation of disinfectant is that when the tank is filled with water, the flowmeter installed on the water pipe controls the electric metering pump to add peracetic acid online to the water in proportion. In daily production, the metering pump will also regularly add disinfectant to control the concentration of disinfectant in the tank to remain stable.

Automatic CIP Detergent Supply Station
This CIP cleaning workstation is automatically controlled. All cleaning process parameters (cleaning time, acid-base concentration, cleaning solution temperature and cleaning method) can be set on the man-machine interface. When cleaning is required, specify the required cleaning equipment on the man-machine interface, select the cleaning method, and start the system, then the CIP equipment will automatically complete the cleaning process in turn according to the preset program, and can automatically recover acid, alkali and clean water in sections.
