Q2: What is the capacity range of the CGF Series water filling machine?

The CGF Series covers 4,000 to 24,000 BPH (bottles per hour), with six standard models: CGF14-12-4 (4,000 BPH), CGF18-18-6 (6,000 BPH), CGF24-24-8 (10,000 BPH), CGF32-32-10 (12,000 BPH), CGF40-40-12 (18,000 BPH), and CGF50-50-15 (24,000 BPH). We recommend selecting a model based on your target daily output and future expansion plans.

Q3: What types of water can this machine fill?

The CGF Series uses gravity filling technology, making it suitable for still (non-carbonated) beverages including purified water, mineral water, and drinking water. It is not designed for carbonated drinks, which require isobaric (counter-pressure) filling. For carbonated beverages, please refer to our DCGF Series.

Q4: What bottle sizes does this machine support?

The machine accommodates PET bottles from 250 mL to 2,000 mL. Bottle height range is compatible with standard water bottle designs across all CGF models. Custom tooling can be configured for non-standard bottle shapes upon request.

Q5: Does the machine meet food safety and hygiene standards?

Yes. The CGF Series is CE certified and complies with ISO 22000 food safety management standards. All product-contact components are made from 316L stainless steel. The integrated CIP (Clean-In-Place) system enables in-place sanitation without disassembly, meeting international hygienic design requirements for bottled water production.

Q6: How do you verify machine quality before shipment?

Before delivery, we conduct a full factory acceptance test (FAT) and send you a recorded test video of the machine running under production conditions. You are also welcome to send bottle samples for a trial filling run at our facility.
