Juice Hot Washing Filling Capping Machine
Complete juice processing system is not only can be suitable for common products, but also can satisfy special requirements of customers, for example concentrated juice, fresh juice, tea, coffee or flavor milk, cream or high viscosity products containing fiber and large pulp granules. It included high-shear emulsifying tank, plate heat exchanger, double filter, mixing tank, UHT sterilizer, homogenizer machine, buffer tank, hot water system, hot water tank and CIP cleaning system.

Bottle Inverter Sterilizer
The bottle inverter sterilization chain can perform secondary sterilization on beverage bottles after filling and sealing, ensuring product quality. Here, the bottle is guided by two mutually perpendicular chain plates and automatically flipped to a tilted state. This kind of flipping usually reaches 96 degrees or 110 degrees, allowing the high-temperature beverage inside the bottle (usually not lower than 80 ℃) to fully contact and sterilize the gap between the inner wall of the bottle cap and the bottle mouth that is not directly in contact with high-temperature materials.
